First dibs

For June, we produced a small batch of dress-casual shoes to get you through the summer in style.

As a subscriber to our Newsletter, you have exclusive access to "first dibs" through this Friday, June 10th. Both the editorial and SKUs will not be published to the general public until Saturday.

Since we produce small batches per style, this gives you the opportunity to secure your size before everyone else.

Our first is our Piet Penny Loafer, a new loafer design that we debuted this past November.

Piet features a classic rounded toebox, French box calf leather sourced by Tanneries du Puy, a curved saddle that runs across the entire vamp from welt to welt, embroidery detailing on the heel counter, and a hand stitched apron that sits comfortably on top of the elongated toe box.

The elegant loafer sports a pitched heel which creates harmonious design lines from the collar to the floor, subtle embroidery up the heel, a quilted insole with padding for comfort, and a Goodyear-welted sole that can be changed as many times as necessary.

Piet is meant to be worn casually on a weekend or holiday but can easily be dressed up with a suit or more formal attire.

Our second shoe is Calder Wingtip Derby in a handmade Orion patina.

Calder features our chiseled toe last, French box calf leather from Tanneries du Puy, wingtip, soft square facings, carefully spaced eyelets and subtle swan stitch detailing.

The vamp, lower quarter, and counter are carefully lasted around the shoe in one piece of leather and are topped off with a balmoral seam accented with brogues.

The design includes our signature asymmetric pattern with the seam tucked away at the inner heel, embroidered and padded insole, and a Goodyear-welted leather sole in natural.

Our final shoe is the first time that we are stocking our Tete Derby.

Tete features a carefully hand stitched moc toe with a subtle split toe, our signature asymmetric pattern with a streamlined finish and no center back seam, a comfortable padded and embroidered insole, and a leather sole hand painted in purple.

The soft square chiseled toe combined with the texture of the vegano inca and detailing of the apron, deliver a clean design with subtle detailing and character.

We selected our marron mediterraneo handmade patina, our classic patina that is a beautiful blend of brown and burgundy and looks great with your classic blues and greys, and dark denim.

Our Piet Penny Loafer, Calder Wingtip Derby, and Tete Moc Toe Derby are now available in a small batch. Use the code FIRSTDIBS for complimentary shipping through end-of-day, Friday, June 10th.

All shoes are bench made, Goodyear-welted, and hand finished by our artisan team in Spain before shipment. This process includes the use of glass, sandpaper, inks, creams, waxes, fire and multiple iron tools to achieve a bespoke quality finishing that the Norman Vilalta brand has become known for.
