USA: This One’s For You
I am now covering US customs fees—at least for now.
Beginning August 18th, 2025, I’ll take care of all import duties for new online orders shipped to the United States.
No surprise customs invoices, no awkward visits to the post office—just beautiful shoes, delivered to your door.
That said, please note:
– This applies only to online orders placed on or after August 18th, 2025.
– It does not apply to Handmade, Made-to-Order (MTO), or Group-Made-to-Order (GMTO) shoes already in production.
– It also does not apply to in-person purchases—whether in our Barcelona atelier, at trunk shows, or via private appointments.
– Shipping is still charged separately—we’re covering customs, not time travel.
– Orders eligible for this benefit will show “US Customs Duties Paid” in the SKU number at checkout.
– A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns from US orders. That helps offset the duties we've already paid on your behalf.
And just to be clear:
This policy applies only to customers in the USA, and for now.
I reserve the right to change or end this benefit at any time (the international tariff landscape is, shall we say, unpredictable).
For the moment, I'm happy to make your experience a little smoother—and your shoes a little easier to get.
