After a very successful GMTO collaboration with Leffot in 2021, and small batch of stock that sold quickly last year, this year we’ve created a handsome new make-up of our Brossa Derby Boot in a wonderful pebble grain leather.
The Brossa Boot is a six-eyelet cap toe boot with an unlined shaft, subtle brogue accents on the facings, embroidery along the heel shaft, and a comfortable Vibram button sole.
The shape of the heel shaft hugs the ankle and sweeps gracefully around the heel to the bottom of the heel block.
For this small batch, we selected Country Calf leather from Tanneries du Puy which gives the boot a nice pebbled grain texture and we added a handmade espresso patina which is rich blend of black and dark brown with milky brown tints shining through at the toe cap.
The darker patina can be paired effortlessly with both dress or casual attire.
Our second featured shoe is a fresh new batch of our Boulevardier Boot in a handmade ebony and cognac patina.
With inspiration from our friend Mr. Prieto in New York City, the Boulevardier was a custom boot that made our brand history in 2019 as our most popular Instagram post that initiated a wave of made-to-order requests.
A Boulevardier is someone who enjoys life while on a leisurely walk in the city. He is the urban explorer whose success in life affords him the time to stroll and observe society with a destination in mind, but not fixed to a specific path. This freedom allows the Boulevardier to explore, discover new inspiration, and create new paths.
The Boulevardier features a rich combination of reno grain calf and suede from Charles Stead, two eyelet lacing, and a Vibram Gumlite Commando Sole which will keep your feet comfortable after your leisurely walk through the city.
Our final shoe is our easy to slip-on Manolo Tassel Loafer in a classic Orion patina.
Manolo features an upper in the wonderful texture of reno grain calf, an artisan made apron that is carefully sewn by hand, laced collar with dual tassels and a comfortable, weather resist Vibram Gumlite Commando Sole.
We selected our Orion patina, a handmade patina that looks nearly black in low light and blue under some sun.
Manolo is perfect for those looking for a dress-casual shoe that is simple to put on, easy to dress up or down and slightly more durable. They stand out handsomely with a suit and can easily be worn with denim, khakis, or corduroys.
Each Goodyear-welted pair of our Brossa Derby Boots, Boulevardier Boots and Manolo Tassel Loafers are meticulously hand-finished by our team of artisans in Barcelona before delivery.
