Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express with full tracking. Shipping and handling rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.
Lead Times
Each product description will include estimated lead times for hand-finishing or production. Please refer to the individual product page for specific delivery timelines.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we offer free worldwide shipping through online promotions or discount codes.
Please note:
– Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or orders already in progress.
– Free shipping does not imply waived customs or import duties (except for eligible US orders—see below).
Exchanges & Returns
– Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns (including returning fitting shoes, if applicable).
– We do not refund shipping fees for returned items.
– For eligible US orders with customs fees waived, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns, to help offset the import duties we have paid on your behalf.
– Returned orders that incur customs fees upon re-entry to Spain will be refunded minus those charges.
US Customs Fees – Updated Policy
As of August 18th, 2025, we will cover US customs duties for new online orders shipped to the United States.
Orders that are eligible will display the label “US Customs Fees Waived” at checkout.
Please note:
– This policy applies only to online orders placed on or after August 18th, 2025.
– It does not apply to Handmade, Made-to-Order (MTO), or Group-Made-to-Order (GMTO) shoes already in production.
– Shipping fees are not waived and will be charged separately.
– This policy applies only to customers in the USA, and may change depending on future trade regulations.
Customs & Import Taxes – Outside the US
– For all non-US orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
– We provide accurate invoices that reflect the full value paid—including deposits, balance payments, design fees (if applicable), and shipping.
– We are legally required to declare the correct value of all goods and services. We do not undervalue shipments or alter invoices.
– Shipments returned due to unpaid customs fees will be refunded minus any charges imposed by Spanish customs upon re-entry.
Brexit Considerations
– We do not charge VAT on orders shipped to the UK.
– However, UK shipments may be subject to local import duties.
– All shipments include documentation certifying Spanish preferential origin, which may help reduce import fees.
– Please consult the UK government website or your local customs authority for the most current import regulations.
