We are delighted to unveil our latest summer masterpiece: The Calder Wingtip Derby in an exquisite Emerald handmade patina.
Crafted with precision, Calder features our chiseled toe last, French box calf leather from Tanneries du Puy, wingtip, soft square facings, carefully spaced eyelets and subtle swan stitch detailing.
The vamp, lower quarter, and counter are carefully lasted around the shoe from one piece of leather.
The design is topped off with a balmoral seam that wraps around the upper and is elegantly adorned by brogues.
The handmade emerald patina will make a tasteful statement, presenting a unique yet refined greenish-blue hue that effortlessly pairs with both formal suits and casual attire.
Each pair is bench-made, Goodyear-welted, and hand-finished by our team of artisans in Barcelona, Spain.
The meticulous finishing process, involving glass, sandpaper, inks, creams, waxes, fire, and a variety of iron tools, ensures a bespoke quality that is synonymous with the Norman Vilalta brand.
