Shipping & Handling

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express with full tracking. Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.

Lead Times

Estimated production and hand-finishing lead times are listed on each product page. Please refer to the individual product description for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Norman Vilalta offers complimentary worldwide shipping through online promotions or promotional codes.

Please note:

  • Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or orders already in production.

  • Complimentary shipping does not include customs duties or import taxes unless your order is eligible under our Customs Duties Paid program.

Customs Duties Paid

We currently cover customs duties on eligible online orders shipped to:

  • United States (effective for eligible online orders placed on or after August 18, 2025)
  • United Kingdom (effective July 21, 2026)

Eligible products will display the appropriate Customs Duties Paid designation on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately.

Please note:

  • The US program applies only to eligible online orders placed on or after August 18, 2025. Orders placed before this date are not eligible.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns on orders where we have paid customs duties on your behalf.
  • Customs Duties Paid eligibility may change in response to future trade regulations.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns, including the return of fitting shoes where applicable.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved returns for orders covered under our Customs Duties Paid program are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • If a returned shipment incurs customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges upon re-entry into Spain, those costs will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipments

For destinations not covered under our Customs Duties Paid program, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their local customs authority.

Every shipment includes an accurate commercial invoice reflecting the full value of the order. We are legally required to declare the correct value of all goods and services and cannot undervalue shipments or alter customs documentation.
