As we wrap up the final days of winter, we’ve created a group-made-to-order (GMTO) shoe that will have you thinking forward to the Fall.
Meet our Mariano Wingtip Adelaide Oxford, a slightly bolder take on our dressier oxfords, utilizing a thick double leather sole for the very first time.
Mariano features the wonderful pebble grain texture of Weinheimer of Germany with color enriching handmade patina accents on the brogues and seams.
The wingtip and adelaide seam are composed of sharp design lines that blend beautifully with sweeping curves and our signature asymmetric pattern delivers a cleaner finishing with a more streamlined silhouette and no center-back seam.
One of the defining features of many of our shoes is that we often include Vibram soles for comfort, however in response to recent customer requests, for the first time ever we are featuring a thick and durable double-leather sole.
The double-leather sole gives the shoes a bolder look to our elegant design lines. The extra layer of leather will stand up to the city streets and deliver additional comfort on uneven pavement.
We topped Mariano off with a gimped 180-degree storm welt in natural, which compliments the thickness of the double-leather sole and the texture of the pebble grain leather superbly.
The Mariano Wingtip Adelaide is ideal for those who are looking for a bold dress shoe that has elegant style lines but has all the right components for taking a beating if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
Every pair is Goodyear-welted in Spain and meticulously hand-finished by our team of artisans in our atelier in Barcelona before delivery.
