For those familiar with our collection, you might know that our Decon Chukka Boot is a standout favorite. However, what few may realize is that this striking boot owes its existence to another signature style of ours: the Decon Derby Shoe.
Originally crafted as a bespoke piece, this Derby was born from Norman’s experimentation with unconventional lines and proportions, resulting in a truly unique design.
The Decon Derby’s throat seam brings an artistic play to the vamp and toe box, cutting across the vamp, intersecting at the quarters, and sweeping up along the eyelets with a graceful swan-like curve.
The angled facings harmonize with the soft curves of the vamp and the rounded toe box, subtly elongating the vamp for a refined silhouette.
Crafted in black repello suede, this model features contrasting grey stitching that accentuates its distinctive lines.
Our asymmetric pattern-making is evident throughout, while the shoe sits comfortably on a Vibram Button Sole that offers the look of a slightly bolder double leather sole.
This shoe’s versatile design makes it a perfect match for a range of looks. Pair it with tailored trousers and a crisp shirt for an effortlessly sophisticated style, or go with dark denim and a textured blazer for a smart-casual approach.
