One of the best parts of the Fall is the opportunity to break out our boots again. For this season we created gorgeous new versions of two of our cool weather classics.
Our first, the Decon Chelsea Boot, needs little introduction as it is our flagship boot.
The Decon Chelsea Boot features an elegantly elongated vamp, streamlined design lines and a soft square chiseled toe. The graceful two eyelet facings create a unique silhouette and delivers a personalized fit.
After a long hiatus in suede, we produced a small batch of this handsome boot in a repello suede from Charles F Stead and a handmade Darjeeling patina, a blend of snuff, milkshake, and dark brown that gives the boot rich depth and highlights the supple texture of the suede.
The sophisticated design will elevate any look from dress pants to khakis to dark denim. It’s no wonder why the unique boot and versatile styling has earned the Decon Chelsea a “grail boot” among shoe aficionados worldwide.
The Borcego Mountain Boot, our second shoe was designed by Norman to be slightly more rugged but with refined design lines that will look elegant regardless of how much of a beating you give them.
The Borcego features a slightly wider soft square chiseled toe that is inspired by vintage ski boots, dual leather tongue covering which will minimizes dust and debris, and 6 metal D-rings and 1 speed hook which enables an easy but secure lacing system.
The ankle stabilizer gives you additional support, a subtle marino fur lining along the heel provides cozy warmth, and the Vibram Gumlite Commando sole delivers cushioning and comfort that will keep you going all-day-long
We selected our Orion handmade patina, a handsome black and blue reverse patina that looks nearly black in low light and blue when under some sun.
The Borcego Boot is ideal for those who are looking for a boot that can balance both worlds of the big city and great outdoors, while still being buttoned up.
Each Goodyear-welted pair of our Decon Chelsea Boots and Borcego Mountain Boots are meticulously hand-finished by our team of artisans in Barcelona before delivery.
