Shipping & Handling

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide with tracking via DHL Express. Shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Lead Times: Each product description will specify the number of days needed for our team to hand-finish your shoes before dispatch.

Free Shipping Promotions

  • Occasionally, we offer free worldwide shipping through online promotions or discount codes.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or orders already in progress.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns (including returning fitting shoes).
  • We do not refund shipping fees for returned items.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: Norman Vilalta is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. You are responsible for coordinating with your local customs office to arrange payment and delivery.
  • Accurate Invoices: All shipments include an invoice detailing the full amount paid for both products and shipping. This invoice reflects the total payment, including deposits, balance payments, and shipping costs.
  • No Undervaluing: We cannot declare a lower price or value for any product shipped. Please do not request this, as it is illegal.
  • Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund minus any costs charged by Spanish customs to receive the returned goods.

Brexit Considerations

  • We do not charge VAT on orders shipped to the UK.
  • However, shipments to the UK may be subject to local import taxes. Please check with the relevant UK authority for the latest regulations.
