This month we created a well rounded offering of dress shoes in three different upper materials for our April Group-made-to-order (GMTO).
Our first shoe is our Westley Medallion Derby in a midnight blue suede.
Westley is our two-eyelet derby featuring an elegantly elongated vamp and toe box and unique side gore.
The diagonally cut elastic gore permits you to easily slip Westley on and is discreetly hidden by suede paneling.
Like our Decon Chelsea Boot, the two eyelet facings add stability and customized comfort for a glove like fit, but don't interfere with the unique design.
We embellished the toe box with our Barcino Medallion, a tribute to the “Fuente Magica de Montjuic”, the famous fountain that stands guard in front of the National Palace of Barcelona.
The design detail adds subtle texture and additional depth to the rich suede.
Our second featured shoe is our Marcel Adelaide Oxford in a handmade brown and cognac patina.
Marcel features a chiseled toe box without embellishments, simplified brogue punching along the throat and swan neck, an asymmetric pattern with no center back seam, a comfortable padded and embroidered insole, and a hand painted leather sole in purple.
The clean toe box and elongated vamp make Marcel the perfect oxford for our handmade reverse patina, this time in our signature brown and cognac handmade patina.
Our final shoe is our Duchamp Penny Loafer in a stunning handmade washed indigo patina.
Duchamp is our new Blake Construction Loafer that we introduced earlier this year that is lightweight and comfortable without compromising on style.
The unlined uppers add flexibility and comfort and our proprietary Capricho insole delivers three layers of cushioning that will support your feet throughout the day.
The insole combines a layer of veg tan leather, a cork footbed, and a technical layer of Ortholite.
The Capricho insole delivers the perfect balance of moldability and cushioning and the elegant design and handmade patina on grain calf will stand out beautifully while on holiday.
